Then this is for you. Early morning with your guide, you will select all the ingredients in the most typical market of Palma: this walk will allow you to dive in its vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere. Meet the vendors, discover unknown fish species, smell the fruits, herbs and vegetables, taste olives and local cheese, try some “jamón”… After the market, head towards the Chef’s atelier and start the cooking workshop during which you will prepare a complete Mallorcan menu.
