In this very uncommon experience, accompanied by a young and passionate “Chef historian”, you will discover how locals live in the countryside and, by walking through their farms, learn how these families produce authentic Mallorcan delicacies such as cheese, charcuterie and olive oil. They will be proud to share their know-how and histories with you.
Moreover, you will explore the countryside and collect grapes on the vine, cook traditional recipes and taste exceptional local produce.
When the sun slowly goes down, dinner will be served in the vineyard or in century-old fincas, depending on the Chef’s inspiration… Enjoy these privileged moments under the stars and be sure you will never forget about it!
